Description

Mediaport™ is a portable solution for web browsing, email, corporate intranet, VoIP, web streaming and low-latency broadcast audio and video codecs. Mediaport can be powered from its internal 8Ah lithium battery, from a DC 12-30V external supply or from the mains adapter supplied. Simply switch it on and it will establish and bond together up to four mobile broadband connections using its built-in 3G modems and antenna. Within minutes Mediaport presents you with a bonded internet connection and / or (depending on your chosen configuration) a 256-bit secure connection to your corporate network. Now simply connect your equipment using an ethernet cable or via wi-fi and proceed exactly as if you were in your office. Mediaport pairs with a Viprinet™ multichannel VPN hub that resides on a suitable internet connection at your premises or at a data centre. Alternatively you can subscribe to a shared hub hosted by Bluhive Media or one of its partners. A single Viprinet hub will support multiple Mediaports.
